About the Founder
Wynand Smit, BCom (Hons) (SU), CFA
Red Book Capital was founded by Wynand Smit as a bespoke real estate advisory and consulting firm.
Wynand brings a wealth of experience, having advised a JSE-listed REIT on strategy and investments, served as a top-rated sell-side analyst in the listed property sector, and consulted to a landowner with a multi-billion-rand development pipeline on optimal real estate strategies.

Akua Koranteng, the founder of fund/us, is a dedicated commercial real estate professional with 20 years of experience across firms including, but not limited to Merrill Lynch, RMB, and Equites. Akua serves on the Board and Investment Committee of the JSE-listed REIT, Stor-Age, and was previously a Board member of JLL SA and Octodec Investments.
Red Book Capital and fund/us collaborate on property advisory and real estate transactions in South Africa and co-manage a R500 million blue-chip logistics portfolio in South Africa.
